Retiree Medicare Open Enrollment for CY2026 (1/1/26)
New rates for Town Retiree Medicare supplement plans (MEDEX) will be in effect January 1, 2026. The monthly retiree contribution effective January 1, 2026 will be as follows:

Currently enrolled retirees will automatically continue with their MEDEX plan into CY2026 and see rate changes effective in their December 2025 pension check. For those who wish to discontinue their current town MEDEX plan, please contact Gloria Congram, Benefits Manager, before Wednesday, November 19, 2025 to complete the necessary disenrollment form.
