Mission Statement

The Human Resources Department strives to provide superior customer service in an atmosphere of openness and respect that exceeds expectations.  The department handles a wide variety of issues relative to the quality of life in the workplace and seeks to improve the effectiveness of town services by recruiting the most qualified candidates for every open position while reviewing and evaluating existing organizational structures.  Additionally, the HR Department is responsible for processing payroll and providing benefit coordination assistance to our current employees and retirees.
