Food Safety and Inspections

All restaurants, food vendors, and temporary food establishments are required to have routine food  inspections. These inspections verify compliance with local and state health regulations.

During an inspection, a health inspector will review your establishment, observe food-handling practices, check equipment and temperatures, and identify any areas that need correction. After the inspection, you will receive a report outlining the results and any required follow-up actions.

If you are planning on opening a food establishment, please follow this flow sheet. This is the process you must go through  https://docs.google.com/document/d/1rUbt4mT-LXfbacSA_eWbWdTX4MhYNjuYQE4K65m6r7A/edit?usp=sharing
