The South Hadley Redevelopment Authority is proud to honor the memory of Frank DeToma through the South Hadley Falls Memorial Fund. Frank was a founding member of the Redevelopment Authority and a passionate advocate for renewal and redevelopment of South Hadley Falls. Funds raised will be used in support of projects such as property redevelopment, site assessment and cleanup, business growth and development, beautification, trails and parks, and related uses in support of realizing a prosperous, vital and beautiful neighborhood for all who live, work and play in the Falls.
