open field

Your land is part of your legacy.  Planning its future will help you reach your personal and financial goals and ensure the continuation of the many public benefits it provides. In fact, planning the future of your land may be the most important step you can take as a landowner, for you, your family, and your community.

Join MassWoods for the final webinar of a six-part webinar series for landowners interested in planning the future of their land. Sessions will feature relevant professionals to provide information and help answer your questions. You may sign up for individual webinars or the entire series. The final webinar will be held on  April 14, 2022 - 6:30 - 8:00 p.m with speakers Mark Robinson (Executive Director - The Compact of Cape Cod Conservation Trusts), Tom Anderson (EEA), & Michael Downey (MA DCR) to discuss 'What are the financial benefits of land conservation?' Conservation tools can reduce a number of taxes, including property, federal income, and estate. Find out how conservation-based estate planning can help you save money on taxes and available funding to support your conservation goals.
