[ARCHIVED] Three options for Christmas tree disposal in lieu of curbside pick-up

Pine tree

Although there will not be a curbside Christmas tree pick-up, residents have three options for tree disposal:

  •  Bring trees to the transfer station with no reservation required Jan. 7, 8, 14 and 15 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  •  Bring trees to the Mosier Elementary School parking lot on Jan. 8 and 15 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. for chipping.
  •  Dispose of trees in the spring curbside yard waste collection, cut to four-foot lengths only

When disposing of your tree, please remove tinsel, ornaments, lights and metal. Please do not bring wreaths (they contain metal) or trees wrapped in plastic bags.
