This 210-acre farm is the last of its kind in South Hadley. Located near the Connecticut River, the town-owned Newton, Carver, Jones Conservation Area, and the Ledges Golf Club, the land has been farmed for decades. To purchase an Agricultural Preservation Restriction (APR) that will prohibit housing development and permanently protect this important farmland and scenic landscape, we need to raise a local match of $150,000.
