[ARCHIVED] COA can assist residents of all ages with COVID-19 vaccination appointments

Regardless of your age, If you need assistance to book a COVID-19 vaccination appointment, call the South Hadley Council on Aging vaccine hotline at 413- 650-1021.  Leave a message at any time and a staff member will return your call as soon as possible.  Speak slowly, leave your name and phone number, and someone will get back to you as soon as possible in the order that calls were received. 

The South Hadley Council on Aging has assisted 336 seniors with scheduling COVID-19 vaccination appointments. The process of assisting seniors with COVID-19 vaccination appointments began in February when those age 75 or older became eligible to receive the vaccine. As each eligible age group has opened up, the South Hadley COA has continued to assist each group with booking their appointments. 

The South Hadley COA is also answering questions and providing resources pertaining to obtaining COIVD-19 vaccinations. The South Hadley COA is working very closely with the state and South Hadley’s Emergency Management Director and Board of Health to disseminate vaccine information and to assist as many people as possible with the COVID-19 vaccination acquirement process.
