The South Hadley Commission on Disabilities has a mission is to support the full and equal participation of people with disabilities in all aspects of life in town. Currently, it is looking to identify the community's specific needs. If you or someone in your household has a disability, you can help the commission by filling out a brief online survey.
The commission is committed to safeguarding residents' privacy. This survey is anonymous. Please feel free to include information about any disability that limits the quality of your life in South Hadley, even if others may not recognize it as a disability.
