[ARCHIVED] How to report a missed trash collection / locate Green Bags

A green cartoon trash can and green trash bag

The South Hadley Transfer Station and the compost area are closed until further notice to comply with the state social distancing order, and to minimize possible contamination/exposure to both residents and staff during the COVID-19 outbreak.

If Republic Services has missed a curbside trash pick-up, use this form to report the missed collection, or call the DPW at 538-5033, rather than bring it to the transfer station. Please DO NOT leave green bags or other items at the gate. Contact Republic Services directly to coordinate an additional weekly pick-up and subsequent subscription fee, if needed.

Green bags are required for trash disposal in South Hadley and remain a requirement at this time during the COVID-19 outbreak.
