As of January 1, dog license renewals being for the 2020 year.
If we have your email address and you have a 2019 dog license, we initiated an account for you on the new Viewpoint Cloud platform. You would have received an email to finish setting up your account. Once you choose a password you will be logged in and able to renew your dog license. Please have current rabies information available when you renew. You can even pay online and the dog tag(s) will be mailed to your house.
Please note that multiple dogs can be registered on one license. If you have more than one license, please consolidate the information into one license.
2019 dog licenses expire on March 31, 2020 after which you will be accessed a late fee. Don't worry, you will receive friendly reminder emails until you renew your license.
In the case you have moved from South Hadley or you no longer have your dog, please contact chamlin@southhadleyma.gov or sgmeiner@southhadleyma.gov so we can update our records.
