This is a great opportunity, and we welcome your participation. Bidders must have positive identification and the required deposit amount, in the form of a bank check (treasurer’s, cashier’s, or certified) to qualify to bid. No personal or business checks will be accepted. The check should be made payable to the Town of South Hadley OR Your Name (this meaning that both the Town of South Hadley and your name should appear on the check, connected by the word OR).
This will be a very open, public, and professional process that will allow you to establish the true value of the property. Please rely upon your own research and inspection of the property as it will be sold “as is.”
