In accordance with Massachusetts General Law, postcards have been mailed to all South Hadley voters who did not answer the 2025 Annual Census/Street Listing.
If you received a postcard, please fill out the appropriate line, SIGN where indicated, and return it to the Town Clerk's Office to be restored to the active voter list. Postcards are postage pre-paid and may be mailed back, but postcards will be accepted in person in the Town Clerk's office during office hours.
Please note: Inactive voters are still voters, but will be required to show ID at the polls before they can vote. Failure to restore your active voter status for two Federal elections will lead to removal from the Voter List entirely. Click here to learn more about the Inactive Voter List.
