Annual Town Census forms were mailed to all South Hadley households earlier this year. On the first Monday in June, voters without a current census year will be marked inactive and sent a confirmation postcard.
Inactive voters may still vote, but are required to show ID and fill out a form at the polls. Click here to learn more about the inactive voter list in Massachusetts.
How to return your Annual Town Census:
- In-person in the Town Clerk's office during office hours
- Mail to the attention of the Town Clerk's Office, 116 Main St, South Hadley, MA 01075
- Email the completed form to townclerk@southhadleyma.gov
