The fiscal 2018 business personal property Form of List is a required annual return. All entities doing business as of January 1, 2017 are required to file this form. Forms were mailed to any known business on December 31, 2016.
These forms are due back to the Assessor's office on or before March 1, 2017. If no return is filed, no appeal of the valuation can be made.
