The Board of Assessors are in the Certification process of the Town’s fiscal 2017 Triennial Revaluation for all properties in South Hadley. The Assessors are currently awaiting preliminary certification of these valuations.
Preliminary property valuations are now available for taxpayer review. The books will be available for review at the Assessor’s office, 116 Main Street, Room 104 and also at the Main Library, 2 Canal Street, from Monday, November 14 to Friday, November 19, 2016. The books will also be available on the town’s website at http://www.southhadleyma.gov/DocumentCenter/Index/242

Assessors office: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
South Hadley Public Library: Monday – Wednesday 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thursday & Friday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturday 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
The public is welcome to come in and review their valuations during this time period. This disclosure period also affords an opportunity to ask questions, review data, discuss and request changes to the proposed valuations.
