The South Hadley Human Rights Commission is looking for local artists, art students, or other media creators to design images or logos that represent its mission in the community.
The HRC aims to develop community awareness and education about human rights and promote understanding of the diverse cultures within our town and surroundings.
The commission will serve as a resource with respect to issues that challenge any individual or group’s enjoyment of their basic human rights in our community, and promote cooperation between organizations and agencies to cultivate and encourage an atmosphere of mutual understanding and harmonious intergroup relationships.
The design images or logos would be used for advertisement and awareness about the Commission. Members would be happy to endorse recommendation letters for resumes/portfolios for artists that submit work.
