SOUTH HADLEY - Road paving is complete except for Mulligan Drive which will be paved Friday, Nov. 10, weather permitting.
The paved roads include Noel, Hildreth, Grove, Berwyn, Elm, Kendrick streets, Saybrook Circle, 400’ of Pershing Ave and half of Industrial Drive.
Burnett Ave and Wright Place will be paved in the spring.
