Digital Mapping Program

The assessment data is updated periodically by the Town of South Hadley. Property record cards are linked to parcels within this system. The property record cards are current for fiscal 2021. Click here to access the GIS mapping program.

Assessor Maps

To access South Hadley assessor maps the following procedure should be followed.

  • Visit the Registry of Deeds website.
  • Once there choose Hampshire County.
  • Click on the Search Criteria tab and click on Unindexed Property Search under Plans.
  • Insert the city / town code of SHAS in the book field and click Search.
  • You should now see a browse list. Click on the map number that you would like to view (the map number is under the Page / Pl column).
  • Then click on the View Images tab on the right side of the screen to display, then print.
