When the Council on Aging was required to shut the doors to the Senior Center in mid-March 2020, we began offering a robust schedule of online programming to help keep Seniors engaged and fit. However, we recognized that many low income seniors do not have access to devices, the “know how”, or internet service that would allow them to participate in this wonderful programming. To address this challenge, the Town of South Hadley applied for and obtained funding from the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES ACT).
