How do I get an announcement on the Bulletin Board on Channel 15?

How do I get a program produced in the studio?
1. Submit a brief
program proposal (up to three paragraphs) 2. Submit a Program Request Form (available in the Studio)
3. Must be trained on the equipment you will need to produce
your show.
4. Request a cablecast date if you intend to air your program.

How do I get a program to air on Channel 15?
Customers may
request dates and timeslots for programs to be cablecast on
Channel 15. Requests for air dates and timeslots are granted on a
first-come, first-served non-discriminatory basis.
1. Complete a Cablecast Request Form (available in the Studio) a
minimum of two weeks in advance of the requested air date.
2. Provide copies of release forms, copyright approval, and any
other required documents if the videotape is owned or licensed by
someone other than the customer.
How do I reserve the studio and equipment for my use?
Customers may use
the Cable Studio and equipment to produce programs. Requests for
use are granted on a first-come, first-served non-discriminatory
basis. Customers may only use Cable Studio equipment if they have
completed training on the equipment they intend to use. Only the
Cable Studio Manager may schedule studio resources, authorize the
check-out/use of equipment, and authorize individuals to operate
studio equipment.
How do I schedule my training?
The Cable Studio
meet at least two weeks prior to the start date of any production (and four weeks prior to an air date) to identify training needs. A training schedule and sign-up sheet will be posted on the Cable Studio door and advertised on Channel
15. Training may also be scheduled by appointment.
Who must approve my show before I can air it on Channel 15?
The Cable Studio
Manager must view each program prior to it airing on Channel 15
to:
1. Check the technical quality of the program to make sure both
video and audio can be reproduced successfully for cablecast using
studio equipment.
2. Verify that the submitted program matches the program proposal.
3. Verify that the program does not violate federal indecency,
obscenity, or copyright laws.

control over the content of any product that complies with the
